Abnormally high heat

1. Overwork
2. Unbalanced load
3. The fuse for the load wire is broken.
4. Bad cooling
5. The rotor winding is short-circuited or the winding is not fully integrated.
6. The stator winding is short-circuited or the winding is not fully integrated.
7. Broken ball bearing    

  • – Measure current relative to the size on the nameplate Balance the load, replace the fuse.
  • -Clean, inspect and replace the damaged coil.
  • - Check the bearing for loose or dry.
